Worship
Our
church family gathers for worship regularly on Sunday mornings at 11:00 am.
throughout the year. Our Hearts and Hands
(Sunday School) meets downstairs following Hearts and Hands participation in the
worship service. We offer a Nursery for children three years and younger.
On the fourth Sunday of each month, we gather for an evening worship service at 7:00 pm. Our Men's and Women's Choirs share their ministry of music during these more "informal" services.
The sacrament of the Lord's Table is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and the sacrament of Baptism is celebrated during the morning worship on the fourth Sunday of each month.
All of our worship services are audio taped and are available for purchase through our church office. For more information, feel free to contact Sharon, in the office, at 709-579-3682. All services listed on the schedule are held in the sanctuary, unless otherwise noted.
As well, many of our services are broadcast live (or taped for future broadcast) on VOWR Radio. VOWR is available in St. John's and most of the Avalon Peninsula at 800 on the AM dial and on the internet via the VOWR website at http://www.vowr.org
