Wesley has received a report from the Faithful Footprints grant program which contributed $30,000 to our furnace upgrades. Wesley’s Source Energy Use Intensity (EUI) is down 42% in 2025 compared to base year 202. This translates to a total energy cost of 29% less. Source EUI is defined as: “The total amount of raw fuel that is required to operate your property”. Source EUI is the best way to quantify the energy performance of commercial buildings.
